Seigneur Fox Construction, LLC  was established by Ohio natives Joe Seigneur and Joel Fox in 2014.  Combined they have over 35 years in the building and remodeling industry to become one of Central Ohio’s premier custom home builders and remodeling contractors.  Joe and Joel have built and remodeled hundreds of homes and provide a personalized, hands-on experience through Seigneur Fox Construction, LLC.

For instance, the foundation, the framing, the windows, mechanical systems, and insulation are some of the most critical parts to building or remodeling a quality home. If you put the pretty finishing touches on a bad shell, the shallow quality of the home will show through after a few years of wear and tear. After all, the quality is by design.
